We have to wait for the artists/studios to give us the recordings before we can re-link them.
For now, you may see a broken link, but once we get the video, the link will be updated.
In other cases, unfortunately there may have been technical difficulties on the panelist’s end that are beyond our control and those videos may not be posted.

I want to get added to the Artist Database but I forgot to do it during registration. How can I get added now?
Please go to “My Account” (if logged in, click your name at lower left in the navigation) and select “My Account” from the drop down menu.
Then click the “Profile Update” button about halfway down the page.
On this Profile Update page, check the Artist Database option, and click “Update” to save their change.
This will trigger the same email that would otherwise be sent during initial registration.
Please go to your Account Page, there you will find a link to download your Digital Goodie Bag (you must be registered and logged in first). You will have until September 27th to download your goodie bag.
Also, please make sure you are downloading on a desktop, as you cannot download on mobile. Other issues can be resolved through box.com’s FAQ here: https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044196153-Common-Issues-with-Downloading-Files
No, now that the show has ended, it’s not possible to upgrade your account.
No, there is no option to downgrade your account.
If you are at the $25 level, you should have received an email within 48 hours of your registration from our merchandise fulfillment service, White Squirrel (email@example.com) to complete your transaction by filling out your shipping and other information.
If you are at the $45 level, you first must have filled out your t-shirt size (this was available during registration and also from your confirmation email). After filling in your t-shirt size, you should receive an email within 48 hours of your registration from our merchandise fulfillment service, White Squirrel (firstname.lastname@example.org) to complete your transaction by filling out your shipping and other information.
If it has been more than 48 hours since you registered, please make sure to email email@example.com.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You MUST complete your transaction by September 12th to receive your merchandise.
As this is a digital event, there will be no refunds on purchases of tickets to this event.
Everyone of our presenters were free to choose their own platform while presenting at LightBox Expo. If one of the panels is on Zoom, then there usually is a limit of how many viewers there can be depending on what level of Zoom account each presenter has. Most other platforms do not have a limit, so please adjust accordingly.
This means that you may rewatch that panel until 11:59PM PST on Sunday, September 12th before it is no longer available for viewing.
